Integrations

Microsoft: Sharepoint and teams

Google: Docs and sheets

Next up we’ll look into how it can be integrated with google products. This app project actually was supposed to make multiple google products work as a lend-out system, but there were some limitations which made an app necessary as well.

Trello

Trello integration has not yet been configured, but here is what you can look forward to:

We’re looking into all possibilities, but for now it looks like the app can automatically add cards to a specific list, for example lend-outs. Perhaps also items and borrower information if desired (have to figure out how to assure privacy for the borrowers info since trello boards can be public). The lend-out card would then have a link that would go back to your app and to the specific lendout you’ve clicked.

Your own online VolunShare page

If you want a professional looking page that customers or students can view, or perhaps you want a computer version of the app to get better data overview and visualizations, then this is for you!

While all other options above and the app itself is free, this will require a subscription since a database for such a project would need to be hosten online, and that costs a tiny little symbolic price. Pricing on this will come soon, but don’t worry, this will cost very little.
